    ZOOM’s display does light up but the Zoom doesn’t moveThe Speed level is on N (Neutral)Set speed level to 1, 2 or 3 with the Speed Level control button on the right handle. Make sure the Parking brake s are deactivated
    The display is red and showing an error codeThe seat is not in forward positionMake sure that the seat is turned straight forward and the seat locking mechanism is activated
    The ZOOM cannot be charged.The cable, or connector from the charger to the batteries are broken.Check the connector and the cable.
    The ZOOM feels unstable while driving.Tire pressure is too low.Check and adjust the tire pressure.
    The handbrakes feel soft1. Brake fluid level too low.

    1. Add brake fluid.
    2. Bleed the brake system.
